RETURN POLICY

Returns on non-customer merchandise will be gladly refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days of the shipping date minus shipping costs. Returns must be in their original box, unworn and unused with the price tags attached. Only returns that are considered by us to be salable will be refunded. 

Therefore, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 716-873-0245, Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm for a return authorization number. 

Please describe the reason you are returning an item and no returns will be credited without receiving the authorization number first. The return authorization number is to be put on the outside of the returning package. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We do not accept returns on custom orders unless we have made a mistake. In that case we will replace that item at no additional charge. We may request that you send back the wrong item it needed at our expense. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship everything traced and insured via United States Postal Service priority mail (USPS) services.
