RETURN POLICY

Returns on non-custom merchandise will be gladly refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days of the shipping date minus shipping costs and handling fee. Returns must be in their original box, unworn and unused with the price tags attached. Only returns that are considered by us to be saleable will be refunded. 

Therefore, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 716-873-0245, Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm for a return authorization number. Please describe the reason you are returning an item. Returns will not be credited without receiving the authorization number first. The return authorization number is to be put on the outside of the returning package. Shipping the returned item back to us is the responsiblity of the buyer not Cardsmart.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We do not accept returns on custom orders unless we have made a mistake. In that case we will replace that item at no additional charge. We may request that you send back the wrong item if needed at our expense. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship everything traced and insured via United States Postal Service priority mail (USPS) services.
